Pool Reservation Form

Non-resident members may reserve the pool for an event for a fee of $100.00 per hour (Midtown Bryant POA resident members may reserve at no cost) for a 2-hour maximum and may have a total of up to 20 guests. Holiday weekends are excluded. Events will be set up at one end against the wall. Residents / Homeowners will still be able to enjoy the pool during a reserved event period.

I acknowledge that it is a requirement to reserve the pool. I commit to ensuring that the pool area is left clean and tidy following the reservation, including any necessary setup and cleanup. I also understand that I am responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur during my reserved pool time. Additionally, I acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty and I will take appropriate precautions for my safety and the safety of others. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of my future pool reservation privileges.
