Get to Know Midtown Bryant
Midtown Bryant invokes the feeling of a city within a city. Despite being only a short distance from Highway 5 in Bryant, it feels like a distinct location. There are single-family homes, cottages, and townhouses available. One of the many things that sets the subdivision apart is the small town feel you get the moment you enter. There is a junior Olympic pool, a kid's pool, a seasonal market, a picnic area, a neighborhood storefront, and a restaurant. The goal is to continue the neighborhood's development all while improving everything it already offers.
It takes only three minutes to get to Bryant's main road (Reynolds Rd) and about 15 minutes to get to the Little Rock Outlet Mall/Bass Pro Shop. Homes are zoned for Bryant Schools and Collegeville Elementary. Experience the relaxing neighborhood you have always wanted to live in.
The Midtown Bryant Property Owners' Association exists to manage and maintain the community's common areas and amenities and administer and enforce the Covenants and Restrictions of Midtown Bryant. The POA also serves as a resource to all our residents.
For the convenience of our members, it is now possible to pay your annual POA dues online, saving both time and effort. Go to the Pay Dues page and follow the simple instructions to make your annual payment.

Visit our Calendar page to stay up to date on what is happening on in Midtown Bryant. The Midtown Bryant Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis, and there are quarterly meetings for all Midtown Bryant members. There are other exciting events and activities scheduled, such as Water Aerobics and the Market at Midtown, among others.
